Fourth Quarter Growth
Laser Link saw unprecedented growth last year. We installed 6 new MS Small Business Server 2003 systems increasing our base to over 30 installations. We continue to excel in our knowledgebase and are now offering a service to other consultants in this field.



New Designations
Late last year Laser Link accomplished certification in the ever prestigious Microsoft Small Business Specialist program. One of only a handful of other such certifications in the San Diego County area, Laser Link continues to excel in servicing this market. This is fantastic news and coupled with our SMB partnership with HP marries up two rock solid technologies to give companies and awesome solution for any business.



Quality Control
Laser Link's main principal, Jeff Adzima, spent 10 previous years in the Quality Control industry. He also attained the very sought after CQE(Certified Quality Engineer) designation with ASQ(American Society for Quality). This experience ensures that Laser Link is always in 'improvement' mode. Continuous process improvement is an action word and in this business one must be in continual action mode to bring "Total Customer Satisfaction' to the end user.
